CHUPPA'S HISTORY

In 1893, at 17 years old, Carl Chuppa left Santagata Messina, Sicily looking to start his life in America. Just months later he met his soon to be wife Mary Corrao. They married and in no time 13 children were born. Grandma and Grandpa Chuppa have sine passed on but not before the revealed their recipes for wonderful Italian-Sicilian cooking. My father Paul, the youngest child of Carl and Mary has taught me countless things over the years, the most important being a good sense of family.
